ASCrypto
The Advanced School on Cryptology and Information Security in Latin America (ASCrypto) is an initiative of the Latincrypt Steering Committee. It is an international biannual event, started in 2011 in a joint effort with FAPESP's São Paulo Advanced School in Cryptography (SP-ASCrypto). Its focus is Cryptology, theory, algorithms, protocols and applications to Information Security. ASCrypto occurs in odd years, alternating with the Latincrypt Conference. Both have the same general objective, of promoting interest in Cryptology research in Latin America.
