Purpose
Set the values of all SLP controls to their default values

Example
The following example reads a problem from file, sets some controls,
optimizes the problem and then reads and optimizes another problem using the default
settings.

Further information
This function does not reset the optimizer controls. Use XPRSsetdefaults
as well to reset all the controls to their default values.
