Description	Relative slack convergence tolerance

Default value	0.001
Notes	The slack convergence criterion is identical to the impact convergence criterion, except that the tolerances used are XSLP_STOL_A (instead of XSLP_ITOL_A) and XSLP_STOL_R (instead of XSLP_ITOL_R). See XSLP_ITOL_R for a description of the test.
