Formatting string for creation of the names of the SLP penalty transfer vectors

where p is a unique prefix for names in the current problem

Notes

This control can be used to create a specific naming structure for the penalty transfer vectors which transfer penalty costs into the objective. The structure follows the normal C-style printf form, and can contain printing characters plus one %s string. This will be replaced by "DELT" for the penalty delta transfer vector and "ERR" for the penalty error transfer vector.
