Description	Bitmap describing the step-bound fixing strategy during MISLP
Type	Integer
Values	Bit Meaning   0  Fix step bounds on structural SLP variables which are not in coefficients. 1  Fix step bounds on all structural SLP variables. 2  Fix step bounds on SLP variables appearing only in coefficients. 3  Fix step bounds on SLP variables appearing in coefficients.
Default value	0
Notes	At any node (including the initial and optimal nodes) it is possible to fix the step bounds of classes of variables so that the variables themselves will not change. This may help with convergence, but it does increase the chance of a local optimum because of excessive artificial restrictions on the variables.
