License Agreement

UDFlib and UDFlib Demo are published under and protected by the copyright laws of the United States of America and Canada. All files are:

UDFlib is not copy protected. It is licensed to be used on a single computer running InterBase. You are not permitted to load it on more than one computer at a time.

You are permitted to make archival copies of the software for the sole purpose of backing up the diskette and protecting your investment.

Limited Warranty

MER Systems Inc. warrants to the original Licensee that the original magnetic media is free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service for a period of thirty (30) days from the date of purchase as evidenced by your receipt or invoice. MER Systems Inc.'s entire liability and your exclusive remedy shall be replacement of the defective disk, provided the disk is returned to MER Systems Inc. with a copy of your dated receipt or invoice. MER Systems Inc. shall not be liable to the Licensee or any other person for any special, consequential, indirect or other similar damages or claims including loss of profits or any other commercial damage caused or imagined to have been caused directly or indirectly by the use of UDFlib. MER Systems specifically disclaims all other warranties, expressed or implied. MER Systems Inc. makes no representation or warranties with respect to the merchantability or fitness of Software for any particular purpose, business or application. Implied warranties of merchantability are expressly and specifically disclaimed. In no event shall MER Systems Inc. have liability for damages to you or any other person exceed the price paid for the license to use the UDFlib regardless of the form of any claim.
