The Institutional Postdoctoral Program aims to promote the performance of high-level studies of excellence, strengthen national research groups and promote the inclusion of researchers in postdoctoral internships, stimulating their integration with research projects developed by postgraduate programs in the country. In addition, the PIPD seeks to promote the improvement of doctors through teaching and research activities and the internationalization of postgraduate programs by encouraging postdoctoral internships abroad.
