Details

Enade (http://portal.inep.gov.br/enade) aims to “measure the performance of undergraduate students in relation to the syllabus, their skills and competences.” The Computing area (including Computer Engineering and Computer Science courses) was evaluated in 2011, 2014 and will be evaluated again in 2017.

Important informations:

1. Proof of ENADE for Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Computer Engineering courses
   Data: 26 / November / 2017
   Race Schedule: 13:00 pm (arrive at least an hour in advance to find your tasting room, as the gates will be closed at 13:00 pm).
   Location: will be released on 13/11/2017 (after the student answers an online questionnaire).
    
2. Every student with a CP greater than or equal to 0,8 must take the exam.
    
3. Entry students with up to 25% CP (Progression Coefficient) were only enrolled, but will NOT take the exam.
    
4. Presentation of PRG to students about ENADE 2017.
    
5. CG / IC presentation on ENADE 2017.
    
6. Exemption / Justification of Absence for students of the Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science:
   Below are the new instructions for students who did not take the ENADE 2017 test and who must perform the justification on the INEP website, sent by PRG / Unicamp: PRG became aware this week about differences in the justification procedures for absent students. After contacting INEP, it was clarified that only students can insert the reasons for their absence in the system, despite the schedule released by INEP that points out the course coordinators as responsible for this stage.
   Thus, the coordinators should contact the students who submitted the absence justification to the Undergraduate Departments and guide them to make this request for dismissal directly in the ENADE system with student login and password.
   After this procedure, students should access the INEP website (http://portal.inep.gov.br) and insert the reasons for absences. After the insertion of the justifications, the Coordinators must analyze and approve the exemptions requested in the system directly by the absent students, according to criteria disclosed in the Public Notice.

7. Note: Students in the Computer Engineering course must follow the instructions sent by email by the FEEC Graduate Secretariat. Any questions or requests for clarification by students of course 34 should contact the FEEC Graduate Secretariat by email flavia@fee.unicamp.br
8. The student taking the exam must:
   a) Access to the system using the link http://enade.inep.gov.br/enade/#!/index
   b) Click on: First student access.
   Observation:
   
   1) ALL ENROLLED STUDENTS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLETE THE ELECTRONIC QUESTIONNAIRE UNTIL 26/11/2017.
   
   Note: If the student has any problem filling out the questionnaire, please open a call at MEC to register the problem and force a solution. To open a call at MEC the student must access the link http://mec.cube.call.inf.br, create an account with the CPF. Then, already logged in, choose "INEP" - "Higher Education Assessment" - "Enade" - "Student Service" - find an option for a test location. The student must describe the situation and attach a screen print as well. The student can also call INEP (0800-616161), but still open the call.

   2) Meeting of the PRG Team with students from courses 34 and 42, who will hold ENADE 2017:
   
   Date: 27/09/2017 (Wednesday)
   Time: 18 hours
   Location: IC 3 Auditorium

Information on the departure of the IC / FEEC buses for those who have expressed interest (If the student has not expressed interest in the bus, he will not be able to board, as the companies of the contracted buses have the list of students who will use the transport and do not have authorization , for exceptionalities):

1) On Sunday, 26/11, there will be three buses leaving the front of FEEC (Av. Albert Einstein, 400). Everyone will follow the same path.

2) The buses will leave IMPRETERIVELY at 11 am as they must pass in two test locations (FATEC and Faculdade Anhanguera).

3) The return will be after the race, at 17:30 pm, starting at Faculdade Anhanguera.

4) If you refuse to return with the bus, please notify the respective driver (we will leave contact instructions on the day of the race).
