       Vila  na  Rede  conception  and  development  is  part  of  the 
       e-Cidadania  Project, which aims to study and propose solutions
       to  challenges  of  interaction  and  user  interface design on
       systems related to the practice of citizenship, contributing to
       the  promotion  of  a digital culture in the Brazilian society.
       This  Technical Report presents a preliminary evaluation of the
       Vila  na  Rede system by using three distinct dimensions: a) an
       evaluation  of  the  interaction  based on task analysis; b) an
       inspection   of   usability   and  accessibility  of  its  user 
       interface;  and  c) an analysis of the first nine months of the
       beta version system usage. Some changes and evolution caused by
       this analysis are also presented and discussed.
