      Location and migration distribution transparencies are
      considered in the context of multi agent systems. The extension
      of a mobile agent facility architecture is proposed with the
      addition of an availability service and a transparency
      service. Transparent mobility of services is explored in
      applications using overall load-balancing of resources. The
      search for a new destination agencies follows a transparent
      location and selection of available resources. Transparency is
      trimmed by a parameter defining the goal of the application.
