With the rapid development of computer power and new algorithms, new opportunities arise to apply these to biology and medicine. This talk will discuss possible applications of computer science in cell structure-function analysis in health and disease. Areas covered in medicine include diabetes, dementia, anorexia, depression and cardiovascular disease.
